Data Analyst IV

Key Responsibilities:  

  • 50% Data Engineering:  

    • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Spark.  

    • Ensure efficient data processing and integration across systems.  

  • 50% Power BI Development:  

    • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.  

    • Apply advanced DAX and Power Query/M for data modeling and transformation.  

    • Lead and manage BI projects, including planning, execution, and backlog management.  

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.  

    • Perform data analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.  

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.  

  • 5+ years of experience in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.  

  • 5+ years of experience with Power Query/M for data transformation.  

  • 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.  

  • 2+ years of experience in data modeling.  

  • Proficiency in DAX for advanced calculations.  

  • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.  

  • Proficiency in Python (data types, loops, conditionals, error handling, standard libraries).  

  • Experience managing BI project backlogs and stakeholder communication.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or relevant Power BI certifications.  

  • Experience with Power Automate.  
 

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.  

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.  

  • Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.  

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
