- Develops and applies algorithms or models with the goal of improving the business.
- Develops and implements data collection systems and strategies to ensure data quality.
- Identify business trends, form hypotheses, as well as plan and conduct presentations and discussions with partners and leaders across the organization.
- Contribute as an influencing partner of a small cross functional team to implement, test and deploy the approved technology/reporting/analytics solution in response to the business needs.
- Identify reporting/analytics improvement opportunities and provide proactive, consultative strategic solutions, including identifying business process and change management drivers.
- Support and recommend reporting/analytics projects prioritization and planning efforts.
- Conduct due diligence concerning business implications of planned solutions.
- Utilize process and divisional expertise to provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to others.
Top skills you need to have:
- 5 years’ experience in Data Analysis/Similar role
- Perform complex data analysis such as predictive analysis on demand/sales forecasting and product costing based on economic and geo-political factors
- Ability to identify patterns and suggest process improvement projects
- SQL, MYSQL, Python, Excel, MS Office Suite, Tableau
- Project Management and Presentation Skills
- experience in Market Research and Analysis
