Description

Responsibilities:

  • Operations work
  • Read and work with data models for purposes of troubleshooting data issues
  • Facilitate/Own Data Quality investigations across 3-5 systems (intake, research, and recommend updates)
  • Perform SOQL/SQL queries in Client /Workbench/VS Code to validate data quality across multiple objects and from inbound integrations.
  • Ability to work with end users for data quality research
  • Partner with Data Governance PM in completing maintenance tasks of tickets and intake items
  • Assist with preparing for Data Governance council meetings
  • Data Cleaning process documentation
  • Data Quality Reporting in Client and Tableau


Requirements:

  • Assist with data mapping between integrations
  • Integrations testing
  • Utilize Agile framework
  • Writing user stories
  • Assist in standing up our metadata catalog. Involves data mapping and testing.
  • Critical: Minimum 3 years Client  Admin Platform experience
  • Critical: Ability to write SQL & SOQL queries ( in query tools like Workbench and VS Code)
  • Critical: Advanced spreadsheet experience
  • Critical: Highly Accountable: Able to track work thoroughly and provide status regularly and frequently.
  • Moderate: Experience with Slack or other collaboration tool, including Slack workflows
  • Moderate: Experience with Tableau or CRMA
  • Client Administrator certified
  • Advance Client Admin Cert or other Client certification
  • Client Admin Certified required
