Data Analyst / Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to join our data team as a Data Analyst with a focus on Data Governance and Data Quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data profiling, cleansing, and validation, along with strong SQL and Python skills. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data profiling to assess data quality and identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps.
• Strong experience with Sql, DWH and DBMS
• Develop and implement data cleansing strategies to improve data accuracy and usability.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data quality rules and standards.
• Knowledge of Data reconciliation, integration testing and regression testing
• Support data governance initiatives by maintaining metadata, data lineage, and data dictionaries.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
• Use Python for data manipulation, automation, and building reusable data quality scripts.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics and KPIs.
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices related to data quality and governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Insurance knowledge is good to have
