• Responsible for ensuring data is ready for downstream analytics (dashboards and more advanced reports).
• Will extract and analyze data from multiple systems and sources, primarily using SQL.
  • SQL/MySQL query experience.
• Need to be comfortable with the ambiguity of data discovery and identifying/working with low quality data.
  • Ability to identify when there could be missing or poor data that could impact reports and find ways to resolve/escalate.
• Prior experience with creating charts and basic dashboards using Superset or comparable tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Prior experience working with healthcare data, particularly financial/accounting data or claims data.
  • Experience with RCM data is a plus
