Monitor and process the receipt of financial statements, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation.
Communicate with members regarding missing or late financial reports and manage extensions, waivers, and fines for delays.
Accurately enter financial data into the Automated Financial Reporting System (AFRS) and track progress through approval workflows.
Oversee production and review of daily surveillance emails, ensuring completion of workflows (e.g., negative news, missing reports, account changes).
Conduct daily reviews of time-sensitive items requiring same-day action.
Reconcile reporting and trackers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and up-to-date records.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide reporting support as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support reporting and surveillance processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting components (Income Statements, Balance Sheets, etc.).
Experience in credit and financial statement analysis for financial institutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
