  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries in PostgreSQL and Oracle for data extraction and reporting.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct software testing (functional, regression, UAT) to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements .
  • Validate and troubleshoot data inconsistencies across various applications and reports.
  • Work closely with Vendors, business users, and IT teams to improve application functionality and efficiency.
  • Serves as liaison and facilitator between business units to assist in addressing and resolving MyTRS issues with vendor resources.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and completes help desk tickets as appropriate to the position.
  • Participate in daily huddles and project meetings.
  • Assist in process automation and system enhancements .

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in writing complex SQL queries using PostgreSQL and Oracle .
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI , including dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling .
  • 2-3 years of experience in software testing , including creating test plans, executing test cases, and reporting defects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to anticipate and identify problems and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
