Overall Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Customer Care team on a 8-month temporary contract.
In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Care team to prepare presentations for the Executive team by adding the metrics and trends from the previous month.
This will require you to understand and query data from various sources, analyze text data related to customer feedback, communicate with various stakeholders, and deliver clear and concise presentation slides.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with data analysis expertise and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders by creating presentations.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Data analysis:
Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python to identify trends, report metrics, uncover insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Presentation Delivery:
Coordinate and manage multiple timelines to ensure that data analysis, metrics, trends and supporting stories are added to reports during the preparation of executive presentations.
Effective Data Story Telling:
Present insights that put the data & information you are sharing in the context of the customer experience.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Education:
Degree and field- Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility
Technical Degree Related to Data Analysis: e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.
Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for the role:
3+ Years writing SQL queries in a company setting
3+ Years doing data analysis
3+ Years creating slides for Leadership or Executive Audiences (or demonstrating examples of high quality presentation skills for other audiences)
Specific Tools or Applications experience:
Proficiency in SQL:
Ability to write complex queries, optimize queries performance, and ensure data accuracy independently.
Proficiency in Python:
Ability to process and and perform data analysis in Python.
Effective communication skills to present data-driven insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Experience with the analysis of Text Data
Experience with the analysis of Customer Support or Customer Feedback Data
Experience with topic modeling text data or applying Language Models to text data
Any Graduate
