The candidate should have experience with:
• Collaborating with business users to identify reporting needs, gather data requirements, and define key performance indicators.
• Utilizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to prepare data from multiple sources for reporting.
• Designing and developing user-friendly reports using various tools such as Power BI,Tableau, or SSRS.
• Designing and developing interactive dashboards using various tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Deploying reports and dashboards to designated platforms and managing access controls.
Technical Skills
• Must be proficient in SQL, data cleaning, normalization, and data aggregation techniques.
• Must have expertise in a specific reporting tool.
• Must understand database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
Qualifications
• Able to establish and meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate well with customers, technical staff, and management.
• Able to establish and execute software test plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Intelligence Certificate.
• Experience in Health Services and Social Services is a plus.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records Systems (EHR) systems is a plus
