Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a tech lead or consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions within D365 and associated applications.
  • Create integration design documents and solution design documents.
  • Assist in data mapping to ensure accurate data flow.
  • Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) defect resolution.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center modules.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for issues related to Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center.

Quality/Testing:

  • Execute test plans and test cases.
  • Perform manual unit testing to ensure software quality.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues.

Microsoft DevOps:

  • Manage and maintain the development life cycle in Azure DevOps.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service).
  • Experience with PowerApps (Model-Driven, Canvas).
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and Plugins.

Education

Any Graduate
