Job Description

Seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in D365 (MS Dynamics), mainframe systems, and full stack development (.NET). This role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies and frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable and robust solutions using D365 (MS Dynamics), mainframe systems, and .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
• Perform architectural assessments and reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure the security, stability, and performance of enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience with D365 (MS Dynamics), mainframe systems, and full stack development (.NET).
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience in the Insurance/ financial services industry.

Strong understanding of security best practices.
