Qualifications:
Experience: 9+ years of experience in IT Security, with at least 5 years in designing, implementing, and supporting CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions and 2+ years of experience with HashiCorp Vault.
Product Expertise: In-depth hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) Suite, including the Digital Vault, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Central Policy Manager (CPM), and HashiCorp Vault for secrets management.
Cloud Integration: Experience integrating PAM solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and securing cloud-native services and infrastructure.
DevOps & Automation: Proficiency in integrating CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault with DevOps pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Kubernetes) and automating PAM operations via APIs, scripts, and other automation tools.
Security Expertise: Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, and secrets management in large enterprise environments, with a focus on security best practices and compliance (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA).
Technical Skills: Expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), cloud environments, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE), CyberArk Certified Sentry, HashiCorp Certified Vault Associate, CISSP, or other security-related certifications are highly desirable.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues in large-scale enterprise environments.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with multi-cloud environments and cloud-native tools.
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and integrating PAM into CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks for privileged access management.
