Job Description:
The CyberArk Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Central Policy Manager (CPM) plugins and Privileged Session Management (PSM) session connectors for non-standard systems and applications.
• Support the CyberArk operations team with incidents and troubleshooting, as needed.
• Works closely with the IT Platform Owner to support the PAM program.
• Automate password management and rotation policies for various systems, databases, and applications.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and update existing CPM plugins to enhance performance and compatibility.
• Build and configure PSM connectors for custom applications and protocols.
• Develop secure access workflows ensuring seamless session recording, monitoring, and auditing.
• Automate workflows using CyberArk REST APIs, PowerShell, and scripting languages.
• Ensure all custom developments adhere to security policies, GxP compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Work closely with system owners, application teams, and security stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Have strong knowledge of identity services, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO & related standards (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, etc.) and experience of IAM products like SailPoint, OKTA, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
Experience with Database (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL etc).
Experience with Directories (LDAP, Active Directory).
Experience with Design Document, Test Case Development.
Experience with application servers.
Knowledge of SSL certificate creation/deployment/renewal.
Experience with SAFe Agile project implementations.
