Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CyberArk and Zscaler Engineer to design, implement, and manage our organization's Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CyberArk's suite of tools and Zscaler's cloud security platform, ensuring secure and efficient access to our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

CyberArk Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk solutions, including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Central Policy Manager (CPM), and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).

Onboard privileged accounts across various platforms (Windows, UNIX/Linux, databases, network devices) into CyberArk.

Manage and troubleshoot CyberArk components, ensuring high availability and performance.

Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and password management practices.

Conduct regular audits, compliance checks, and generate reports to meet regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CyberArk with other security tools and applications.

Zscaler Responsibilities:

Configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to secure web traffic and internal applications.

Implement zero-trust network access principles using Zscaler's platform.

Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify and mitigate security threats.

Integrate Zscaler solutions with identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and endpoint security tools.

Develop and maintain security policies, rules, and configurations within the Zscaler platform.

Provide support for incident response and troubleshooting related to Zscaler services.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions.

2+ years of experience managing Zscaler security solutions.

Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, zero-trust architecture, and network security.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.

Experience with integration of security tools and platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry, Guardian).

Zscaler certifications (e.g., ZIA/ZPA Specialist).

Experience with other security tools such as SIEM, DLP, CASB, and endpoint protection platforms.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
