Key Responsibilities:
CyberArk Program Leadership
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of CyberArk Privileged Access Management projects including Core Client, EPM (Endpoint Privilege Manager), PSM (Privileged Session Manager), CPM (Central Policy Manager), and Conjur integrations.
- Manage upgrades, policy configurations, vault integrations, onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts, and third-party access management.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams to define project scope, roadmaps, and success criteria aligned to enterprise security policies and compliance frameworks.
Program & Project Management
- Develop integrated project plans across multiple teams and systems—ensuring proper dependencies, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies depending on project type and organizational structure.
- Drive daily execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management throughout all phases of delivery.
- Ensure documentation, artifacts, and reports meet internal governance and audit standards.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and CyberArk professional services, MSSPs, and third-party integrators.
- Oversee vendor SLAs, deliverables, costs, and licensing alignment with project milestones.
- Lead integration efforts with Active Directory, SIEM, ticketing systems (ServiceNow), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Security & Technical Oversight
- Ensure project designs align with cybersecurity standards, audit requirements, and regulatory controls (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
- Understand technical elements of CyberArk architecture, including infrastructure, vault design, and privileged access flows.
- Support user training, UAT, and change management processes related to PAM and broader IAM functions.
Financial & Operational Management
- Maintain budgets, forecasts, and reporting metrics for CyberArk and security-focused programs.
- Track and report on key KPIs and performance indicators to executives and governance boards.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through licensing review, automation, and vendor consolidation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Business.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management with increasing responsibility.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT security programs.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing CyberArk deployments and integrations (Core Client, CPM, PSM, EPM, and/or Conjur).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale identity, security, and infrastructure transformation programs.
- Proficient in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application ecosystems.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- CyberArk Certification (e.g., CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Client).
- PMP or Prince2 certification.
- Familiarity with ITIL, SOC2, NIST 800-53, or other regulatory frameworks.
- Experience leading programs in matrixed, multi-vendor, and multi-cloud environments.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, resolve ambiguity, and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams
