Customer Data Platform Specialist

Azure Web Synergies is looking for a Customer Data Platform Specialist with a strong background in data engineering, SQL, Python/Dig-Dag, and Presto/SQL. The role will involve implementing and supporting Customer Data Platform (CDP) projects, particularly using Treasure Data or similar tools like Action IQ. Candidates should also have experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end implementation and support for CDP projects, including data modelling and architecture
• Automate existing tasks to optimise workflows
• Perform data engineering, including ETL processes and API integration
• Gather requirements, create technical documentation, and provide problem-solving solutions
• Support day-to-day CDP applications and Go-live cut-over
• Work in a flexible, process-oriented environment

Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience with SQL, Python/Dig-Dag, Presto/SQL, and data engineering
• Experience with Treasure Data or similar CDP implementations
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Presto, Hadoop, Cassandra, MongoDB)
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
• Experience in data modelling and architecture
• Understanding of data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI); AI/ML experience is a plus
