· You will work ongoing support activities and support project efforts as needed
· You triage identified issues across Account source platforms, integrations and Customer Data Hub
· You will analyze and triage API messages as part of ongoing platform support
· You perform CDH (Customer Data Hub) initial data loads and data cleanup working with Postman, Python, SQL, Big Query SQL and Datadog
· You will perform Google Big Query data extracts supporting data analysis activities
· You partner with other IT platform experts to drive resolution of data issues
· You support user maintenance and setup activities
· You partner with the data stewardship team ensuring robust data maintenance capabilities and business processes are working appropriately
· You are able to monitor key performance indicators of the CDH solution to ensure data quality and established policies are working as expected
· You will analyze and compare large datasets using tools like Python, SQL and Excel is a plus
What makes you successful:
· You have active experience in master data management applications including data extract and load tools, user maintenance, data analysis and basic system configuration
· You have experience with Google Big Query, Data Dog, Postman and Tableau
· You are proficient in delivering and supporting cloud-based solutions
· You have fundamental knowledge of REST API integration along with JSON
· You have had exposure to integrations technology such as Kafka, messaging buses and integration brokers
· You are experienced with scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript
· You have a fundamental understanding of data governance and how it supports and benefits a master data-based application
· You demonstrate ability to lead technical discussions with customers/business users, leveraging the value of the customer data solution and the best practices to implement it
· You are a strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills at both the business and technical level, and able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a rapid paced implementation environment
· You have worked with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, and has ability to write well-structured user stories and participate in agile ceremonies using Jira as the agile tool
· You are Familiar with Data lakes, ETL, and data analytics, with solutions such as Big Query and Tableau
· You have experience in the health sciences is a strong plus and specific knowledge of customer journeys and business workflows in a healthcare-regulated environment
