Customer Account Support Specialist

We are hiring for Customer Account Support Specialist at Gurgaon.

Experience:    6+years

Location:       Gurgaon (Work from office)

Job Description:

1) Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or related fields, preferably within the SaaS landscape.
2) Salesforce Implementation experience is a must for this role.
3) Proficiency in Salesforce's product suite, with a keen understanding of its capabilities and best application practices.
4) Proven track record to forge and cultivate high-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor that brings tangible business value to clients.
