CRM Testing

Job Description

*   Test Planning and Execution: Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories.
*   Functional Testing: Conduct thorough functional testing of CRM modules, including but not limited to contact management, sales automation, marketing campaigns, and customer service functionalities.
*   Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new software releases and updates do not introduce new defects or negatively impact existing functionality.
*   Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to assess the CRM system's scalability, stability, and responsiveness under various load conditions.
*   Usability Testing: Evaluate the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the CRM system to ensure ease of use and intuitive navigation.
*   Bug Reporting and Tracking: Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
*   Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM system, ensuring data consistency and compliance with data governance policies.
*   Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve test coverage.
*   Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, clarify testing scenarios, and communicate test results and findings.
*   Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test results, and bug reports.
*   Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM testing techniques, tools, and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process.
