We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Techno Functional Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Key Responsibilities:
•
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand detailed business requirements in an Agile environment and translate them into technical solutions.
•
Utilize best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform to develop innovative solutions.
•
Continuously enhance usability and performance of business applications and automation solutions.
•
Analyze project requirements from a solution design perspective and propose the best-fit solutions for complex business needs.
•
Perform customizations, configurations, plugin development, web resources, custom actions, integrations, and data migrations within Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
•
Develop custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate, implementing solutions with multiple data sources using REST-based APIs.
•
Facilitate workshops and demonstrations to gather business requirements, provide proofs of concept, and support estimation of project efforts and costs.
•
Provide expert advice on Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM capabilities, functions, and features to clients.
•
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business processes and providing tailored recommendations for customer satisfaction.
•
Lead Business Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering to deliver highly specialized solutions architecture and implementation strategies.
•
Support pre-sales efforts by assisting internal teams with Microsoft CRM and integration-related solutions.
•
Provide mentorship, coaching, and peer support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
•
Drive onboarding and training programs for university graduates in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM.
•
Contribute to thought leadership, process improvements, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•
8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016/2015/2013/2011) in multiple industries.
•
Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Common Data Service (Dataverse).
•
Experience in solution architecture, business process automation, and enterprise application development.
•
Proven ability to analyze and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
•
Hands-on experience with plugin development, JavaScript, workflows, web resources, and custom actions.
•
Experience with REST-based APIs, integrations, and data migrations.
•
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
•
Ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and provide client advisory on complex business solutions.
•
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
•
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
