Key Skills: SAP ECC CRM and S/4HANA Service Management
Experience: Overall, 10 – 15 years with at least 2 full cycle migrations from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA as a lead.
Role description:
• The CRM Lead / SME Functional Lead should have in-depth functional knowledge of the SAP system and CRM move to S/4 and have hands-on cross-functional experience. The Functional Lead shall be responsible for gathering requirements and subsequent design and build deliverables.
• Move the current CRM Business capabilities including functionality, functional and technical objects, configuration, code, and data into S/4HANA for the following CRM modules:
Account Management
Contract Management
Request Management
Case Management
Task Management
Knowledge Management
• Move the current CAMS ERP Middleware (RFCs and BDOCs) into S/4HANA).
