Lead end-to-end CRM (D365/MS CRM) implementations.

Gather & map business requirements to CRM solutions.
β
Configure D365 workflows, business rules, forms, views.
β
Conduct UAT, training sessions, & stakeholder engagement.
β
Create CRM documentation (BRD, FRD, FDD, Test Cases).
β
Support data migration & integration scenarios.
β
PowerApps & Power Automate knowledge is a plus.
πΉ Qualifications:
β Strong CRM Functional Consulting experience (D365/MS CRM).
β Expertise in CRM configuration, process mapping & documentation.
β Experience in UAT, data migration & business process flows
