Job Description

Dynamics CRM Functional /Automation Tester
Verifying Testing requests to ensure high level of coverage and quality.
Engage in comprehensive requirement gathering, analyzing gathered requirements, and estimating testing efforts for activities.
Manage UAT testing for countries, with a focus on scenarios like Retail CRM Application with Customer 360, Service requests, Leads like ETB, NTB, Key register automation, customer onboarding, and customer handling.
Design test cases and scenarios for UAT testing, and contributing to the creation of Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases, while reviewing project artifacts.
Supervise SIT for ongoing code changes and UAT testing for production fixes to guarantee the system's reliability.
Produce testing reports, including Daily Status Dashboard, Defect Status, and Project Closure reports. Develop Automation Scripts using Selenium-WebDriver and offering valuable inputs to increase the Automation Framework.
Take the lead in resource management and leave management responsibilities.
