Job Duties :

Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst regarding the requirements that may need clarification. Use Agile methodology to estimate the effort in the form of story points and size the stories accordingly. Create development tasks for stories in the current Sprint and add necessary technical notes to make it easier for anybody on the team to work on it. Apply custom business process logic to display data on a form using JavaScript, call the client APIs to interact with the form objects and events to control what and when to display on a form. Extensive use of XrmToolBox to manage and publish web resources, generate early bound entities, build and test fetch xml, sitemap editor, export to excel, access checker, and package solutions. Customize Dynamics CRM Ribbon by using Ribbon Workbench to avoid manual editing of RibbonDiffXml. Customizations include adding JavaScript functions on click of a button and hide/show buttons based on a display rule. Develop custom C# plugins to modify or augment the standard behavior of the platform using Microsoft Visual Studio 2015. Build Plug-in Assemblies and register Sdk Message Processing Steps using Plugin Registration Tool to activate the plugins. Manage Security module of the Dynamics CRM system which includes Security Roles, Business Units, Teams, Field Security Profiles, Positions and Users. Core functionality of this module is to allow users and teams appropriate access to the CRM system. Maintain SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages to synchronize data from BMS to CRM and vice-versa. Write PL/SQL queries to extract data from CRM and dump it to the BE staging tables. Similarly, extract data from BMS base tables and push it to CRM using KingswaySoft connector. Invoke CSS BE’s WCF services to send real-time data updates performed on a given record from the CRM system to CSS BE system and SSIS packages for vice-versa. Maintain Microsoft Outlook Server-Side synchronization for email and document tracking flowing in and out of the CRM system.
