CPQ Business Systems Analyst

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Work directly with business teams to gather, translate, and document requirements
✅ Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes using SFDC & NetSuite
✅ Lead User Testing, Planning, and Execution
✅ Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming sessions
✅ Drive Agile modeling sessions, sprint demos, and gap analysis
✅ Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, development teams, and architects
✅ Ensure compliance with SOX, business controls, and IT general controls

🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ 5+ years of experience as a CPQ Business Systems Analyst
✔️ Strong understanding of Opportunity-to-Invoice Process
✔️ Hands-on experience with SFDC CPQ Cloud (mandatory)
✔️ Knowledge of Salesforce platform and NetSuite
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Ability to analyze business requirements, identify dependencies, and manage escalations
