- Oversee and lead controller duties for the enterprise, coordinate the financial close process, provide operations and management with financial support, manage the general ledger systems, prepare financial reports/statements, provide data analysis where needed, manage reporting, including compliance with the company’s loan covenants and credit agreement.
- The corporate controller will keep abreast of financial trends, will be responsible for maintaining a solid internal control structure, monitor budgets, manage special projects, and contribute financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making. The corporate controller must have excellent financial and organizational skills, and the ability to present financial results to various audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CFO to safeguard assets, maintain strong internal controls and provide accurate and timely financial information for the business.
- Oversee all financial operations, including monthly reporting, financial statements, ledger, consolidations, balance sheet reconciliations, and the month-end close process.
- Manage the annual budget process and quarterly forecast updates.
- Business partner with sales, operations, and other areas outside of finance: able to successfully and efficiently work up, down and across a complex organization in a multi-site business.
- Oversee the company’s credit agreement and manage the lender compliance requirements (positive and negative covenants).

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of finance and accounting experience in multi-site, global manufacturing companies.
- Experience managing credit agreements and reporting against lender compliance/covenant requirements.
- Experience in successfully managing leveraged companies.
- Working capital acumen and ability to use working capital efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to expand and grow with an ever-changing environment.
- Experience working in mid-market companies with annual revenues of less than $200m.
- Board-level communication skills.
- Experience with a successful exit with private equity.
