Copilot Developer

• Designing and developing AI-based solutions, including chatbot agents, to automate tasks and enhance user experiences.
• A strong focus on leveraging Copilot Studio for creating conversational agents, is common.
• Developing Clientive and efficient interfaces for users to interact with AI-powered solutions.
• Ensuring seamless integration of Copilot solutions with existing workflows and systems to improve efficiency.
• Focusing on improving user experience through AI-powered features and solutions.
• Providing training and support to rest of the team on using Copilot features effectively.
• Working closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and ensure alignment with business goals

• Exp – 4 –9 Yrs

Technical expertise:

• Possessing strong technical skills in relevant programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Python) and experience with AI technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio are essential
• Knowledge of data structures, and algorithms is necessary.
• Must Understand the underlying principles of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Must have experience in crafting prompts that elicit desired responses from AI.
• Understand how Copilot interacts with data sources, including data storage, sharing, and privacy considerations, is essential.
• Experience in integrating Copilot with other applications and platforms, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Effective communication and teamwork are crucial for working on complex projects with other developers and stakeholders.
• Must have Experience with Azure cloud platforms and its services.
• The ability to identify and troubleshoot issues that arise when working with AI-powered tools is critical.
