Job Description

Skill:- Copado Lead/Release Manager
• The Copado DevOps Lead will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Copado implementation, overseeing DevOps pipelines, and handling all aspects related to Copado.
• This role includes assisting the team with any Copado-related issues, staying updated on innovations in Salesforce DevOps, and managing Copado upgrades.
• Additionally, the Copado DevOps Lead will fulfill release management duties.

 

Experience Required:-
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining Copado implementations.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Copado certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development and deployment processes.

 

Responsibilities:-
• Manage and maintain the Copado implementation, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Oversee and manage DevOps pipelines, ensuring efficient and effective deployment processes.
• Handle all aspects related to Copado, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Assist the team with any Copado-related issues, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Stay up to date on innovations and best practices in Salesforce DevOps, and implement improvements as appropriate.
• Manage and execute Copado upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Fulfill release management duties, coordinating and managing the release process to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Copado processes and best practices.

 

Qualification:- BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
