Conversational AI (Chatbot) expert/IVR

Detailed Job Description

• Experience with Conversational AI projects, Intent identification, and LLM development with strong expertise in developing conversational AI applications (chatbots, IVR systems, virtual assistants).
• Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services, web services, data retrieval, and integrations with conversational AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
• Build and refine chatbots, virtual assistants, and IVR systems that provide intuitive and effective user interactions.
• Experience with Generative AI models and fine-tune LLM-based conversations for high-quality, context-aware interactions.
• Develop and optimize natural language understanding (NLU) and processing (NLP) models to improve accuracy and user intent identification.
• Good to have knowledge in KORE AI, as current IVRs are built on the KORE AI platform and integrations are required with KORE AI
