Job Description

• Managing & troubleshooting Control-M/VTOM Application.
• (Configuration, Administration & Schedule Net Backup and Batch processes)Troubleshoot and       
• configure new Control-M and VTOM agent
• Monitoring of gateway/Global condition server and Global alert server
• Backup using VERITAS Net backup Administration console

• Scheduling of large no of batch jobs within various range of customer requirements.
• Disaster Recovery Activity
• Resolving Incident, Changes and Problem Management User generated Requests and queries.
• Defining control-m and VTOM agent in node groups
• Start-up shutdown of CTM and VTOM components

• Disaster Recovery Activity
• Failover and recovery for control-M/EM and VTOM
• Knowledge on Defining and Debugging shell scripts on Linux, Unix, Solaris and windows systems.
• Disaster Recovery Design Architect, Planning Strategy, Document Writer and Implementer Participator in plan execution.
• On call support and handling issues as per business priority.
• Knowledge of Incident and Change management process as per ITIL
