Control Automation Analyst

Key Skills: Workflow, Appian developer, Process Automation, SQL, Python

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Automate manual controls through data-driven capabilities using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with business units, Internal Audit, and Technology to identify control gaps and policy breaches.
• Conduct data analysis to provide evidence for audit completion and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop automated techniques to minimize manual intervention in processes.
• Utilize tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau, and Appian to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Maintain proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA for reporting and presentations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance data integrity.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Workflow automation and Process Automation
• Proficiency in Appian development
• Good working knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience in data analysis and tools like SAS, Tableau
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, VBA for reporting and presentation

Education: Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Applications, or Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B.E/MCA in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Applications
