Lead Content Production: Oversee and improve the content production process and workflows. 
Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing Content Marketing team and ensure that content is produced and published on time. 
Team Growth and Hiring: Spearhead the expansion of the Content Marketing team by identifying hiring needs and recruiting top talent. 
Professional Development: Hold weekly one-on-ones with each Content Writer, focusing on professional growth and development. 
Set & Achieve Goals: Set KPIs for each Content Writer that align with Marketing's objectives. 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain a healthy working relationship with product teams, leadership, brand teams, and knowledge base teams. 
Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay up to date with major SEO publications, surfacing industry news that can reinforce or challenge our SEO and content strategy.


Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Proven Leader: Proven strength in direct management of three or more subordinates and the ability to lead projects and work groups effectively. 
Educational Background: Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or relevant experience. 
Inbound Marketing Expert: Knowledge of inbound methodology and the customer value journey. 
Project Management Skills: Proficiency with project management tools like MS Planner, Jira, and Confluence. 
Content Creation Experience: Experience creating briefs for designers and writers. 
Analytical Mindset: Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and other relevant tools. 
SEO Experience: Experience with SEO content writing. 
Lifelong Learner: A curious mindset with a passion for learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
