Description

We are looking for a creative, dedicated individual to join our team as a for the role of content

development expert. The responsibilities of this individual managing the entire content

development team, SME sourcing and vendor management. It includes SME sourcing, raw content

development, Instructional designer work, story boards for video, graphic designers, Voiceover

artist coordination, studio work if required, Content visualization, creating original creative

content, video development for all the courses by including copywriting, graphics, and technical

work

To be successful in this role you should have great communication, research skills, GTM, team and

operation management. Ultimately, you has a good working knowledge of content management as

well as a basic knowledge of technology upgrade and an eye for detailing.

 

Responsibilities:

 Coming up with content goals and strategies and pitching ideas to the creative content

development.

 Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects. Minimizes

exposure and risk across projects.

 Work with cross functional teams and deliver objectives for the learner success.

 Closely monitor tech and non-tech delivery timelines and ensure high quality deliveries

under defined timelines.

 Identify areas that need new process development and/or process improvement. Undertake

a data driven analysis of the need and design/ redesign processes to maximize efficiency of

the team.

 Manage approved roadmap and timelines, share progress reports of weekly/monthly

activities respective stakeholders.

 Collaborating with other departments and team members and brainstorming subjects for

creative content.

 Create a detailed scope followed by TOC, design document and click trough of the content

development in every phase of completion.

 Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content by adhering to the basics

of technologies used.

 Editing and proofreading new content before sharing.

 Experience in Creating and managing post production e-learning videos.

 Work on various level (L1, L2, L3, 2D, 3D etc) of video animations to create e-learning

videos. Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media. Audio editing

to remove noise and make it industry standard

 Proven work experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role

 Hands-on experience and managing team with image editing software, like Photoshop and

Adobe Illustrator

 

 Hands-on experience and managing team with Video editing software, like After Effects,

Premier Pro, Flash

 Hands-on experience and managing team with Audio editing software, like Adobe

Audition, Audacity

 Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.

 Experience with creating videos of types: PPT based animated video, Animated videos using

Aftereffect, Green boarding Videos – With Trainer’s face on screen

 Knowledge of creating white boarding videos – Used for marketing purposes

 Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

 Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards and market trends

 Vendor management on outsourced projects if any.

 Resource allocation and budget planning for different phase of projects.

 SME sourcing and onboard process with the given budget.

 Experience in copywriting, graphic design, programming, or a related field.

 Good working knowledge of MS Office and basic adobe tools.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
