Your key responsibilities
•Participate in strategic projects to clients that operates in multiple industries
•Defining and implementing technical and business requirements to implement Service Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, ESG, etc.)
•Working closely with ServiceNow technical teams
•Supporting the team management
•Overseeing application and workflow configuration
•Interpret the organization's strategic objectives and transform them into tactical and operational objectives
•Analyse client’s technological transformation and engineering improvement opportunities and provide relevant and practical solutions to address those needs
•Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components
•Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance
•Contribute to proposals and client presentations for complex IT delivery projects
•Contributing to clients’ business development
•Team with various EY groups with digital and cloud capabilities to pursue and deliver end-to-end digital engagements and enable solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life
•Identify and characterize technological transformation initiatives, as well as prioritizing them, considering any dependencies
•Be aware of the best practices and market trends regarding the various components of a technological architecture
•Actively contribute to EY’s Technology Transformation
•Understand all our consulting service offerings and Alliance partnerships

To qualify for the role, you must have
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Informatics, Management or similar fields of study
•2+ years of experience in Consulting and/or High-Tech industry
•1+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow projects - defining strategic plans/directors of information systems/information technologies or redefinition of technological Architectures with medium/high complexity, ITIL, HR and other modules
•Knowledge in BPMN 2.0
•Knowledge in IT Governance and ITSM Frameworks
•Experience in governance and people/skills/culture change management associated with transformation projects
•Hands-on transformation experience in working on the client-side and project teams
•Full English Proficiency
Ideally, you’ll also have
•ServiceNow certifications
•Certifications in ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
•Experience in Agile and DevOps
•Experience in Design Thinking
