Configuration / Requirements Manager / Specialist

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and maintain configuration management plans and procedures.
Track and control changes to project requirements and documentation.
Ensure compliance with configuration management standards.
Coordinate with project teams to manage configuration items.
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain configuration management databases and tools.
Provide training and support on configuration management processes.
Prepare and present configuration management reports.
Identify and resolve configuration management issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements.

Qualifications And Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in configuration management and requirements engineering.
Knowledge of configuration management tools and standards (e.g., ITIL, CMMI).

Knowledge And Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in configuration management.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with software configuration management tools.
Prior experience working on a metro / transportation project will be advantageous.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
