Configuration Analyst

JD:

- Experience providing technical support for Software applications built on SharePoint Online is a must. Should have an excellent understanding of Webparts, comfortable with custom configurations and researching/implementing new features/functionality.

- Programming experience in Scripting Languages like JavaScript or TypeScript would be highly preferred.

- Experience working with Qualtrics is preferred or relevant experience on similar products like Survey monkey, Survey sparrow is desirable.

- Experience in an Agile environment and familiarity with SCRUM Process is nice to have.

- Familiarity with Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google for Business, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics is desirable.

Technical Skills:

- HTML, CSS

- Microsoft SharePoint online:

- Microsoft Office 365,

- Qualtrics or a similar product like Survey Monkey or Survey Sparrow
