Computer System Analyst

Job Description: Responsible for establishing the overall application look and feel as well as designing, communicating, and executing all user interface screens for each business requirement.  Direct the overall user experience for interacting with the delivered product. Work closely with Business Analysts and Technical Leads in the delivery of solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements. Use wireframing and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent. Design systems and reusable components. Deliver optimal user experience with intuitive application design. Lead user workshops and facilitating sessions. Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis. Use quantitative results-driven design techniques including a/b testing. Interpret data and qualitative feedback. Create user stories, personas, and storyboards. Provide information architecture and create sitemaps. Perform accessibility standards and best practices

Education: Bachelor – Computer Science or Graphic Design (will accept foreign education equivalent)

Experience:  Two (2) years
