Description

Must Have: 
Analyzes new or existing procedures, information systems, or utility programs for efficiency and effectiveness. Tests and diagnoses systems to ensure that critical requirements are met. Performs related work as assigned.
Performs moderately complex (journey-level) computer systems analysis work. 
Works under general supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. 
Employees at this level may rely on direction from others to solve problems that are not standard and assist other staff in performing work of greater complexity.
