Scope of Work The Computer Software / Integration Analyst analyzes, integrates, and maintains software systems across various platforms and environments. This role ensures that applications work together seamlessly, support business operations, and align with strategic goals. The analyst collaborates with software engineers, project managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to implement and optimize system integrations.
The role would include developing and implementing web applications using react.js, power apps and administer service now platform for service desk. Duties / Responsibilities: • Analyze current software systems and integration points to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement software integration solutions using Reacct.js, Power Apps, APIs, middleware, and data transformation tools.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and onboarding new applications into existing ecosystems. • Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows and resolve issues promptly to minimize system downtime.
• Ensure integration solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and company policies.
• Perform unit and integration testing to validate system performance and data accuracy. • Manage the day-to-day administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, including system upgrades, monitoring performance, and creating documentation.
• Provide support for ServiceNow issues and manage security protocols and integrations.
• Build custom dashboards and reports. Education/Skill Bachelor's degree in information systems, or Computer Science, or related technical field and one (1) year minimum of relevant experience
Service Now Administrator or Developer Certification
Cloud Certification (Azure, AWS or GCP) General Experience Must possess some knowledge in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Must possess some knowledge in implementing computer systems in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing. Must possess some knowledge in performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas such as office automation, and finance and accounting. Must be able to assist with the development of designs for user approval at formal reviews.
