Design and develop Java source code as per the business requirements. Devise solutions, processes, and document SOPs to eliminate outages in conducting operational tasks. Analyze SQL/NoSQL queries, PL/SQL procedures to identify bottleneck queries and fine tune them to improve application performance. Drive mission critical initiatives, cross functional, high priority (P0/P1) business problems to resolution. Analyze and identify root cause of high priority issues. Perform impact analysis of cross functional and infrastructure changes and recommend solutions to deliver mission critical objectives. Capture, maintain and presentation of SLA metrics for Incident Management. Master's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required.
