• Backup policy configuration for Windows/ Linux, SQL, Oracle, Exchange, VM
• Backup failure troubleshooting, Added skill for Backup Storage management (Nasuni or other Storage device, Restores, Reporting, creating retention policies)
• Vendor coordination (Backup & Storage)
• Added knowledge on AWS/GCP cloud skills
• DR setup and knowledge.
• Check data consistency and renew maintain Retention policies.
• Backup report creation & automation skills. 

Storage Skills: 

• HP Nimble/ECS/Power Scale Configuration Installation
• Administration & Troubleshooting,
• Storage Technologies like Hp, Dell EMC power scale UCS etc.  
• Monitoring knowledge on tools like SolarWinds, etc.   
• LUN Creation, Allocation & Deletion, Storage Pool management, RAID knowledge, Host connectivity checks,
• Storage Firmware updates.
• Setting up Alert monitoring and reporting.
• Migration knowledge (Host to Host or Storage to Storage)
• Hypervisor knowledge. VMware understanding,
• ISCSI Storage Network Troubleshooting and setup knowledge.
• Additional knowledge of scripting.
• Excellent Excel Skills for reporting.
