Cognos Developer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cognos reporting.
• Work with large data sets, preferably in Azure-based environments.
• Leverage Azure Databricks for data processing tasks (preferred).

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cognos report development.
• Strong knowledge of Cognos Framework Manager, Report Studio, and Query Studio.
• Proficiency in creating complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Experience in data modeling, SQL, and performance tuning.
• Experience working in Azure Databricks environment is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
