·        Knowledge of Tax system
·        FIS ALLTEL/SYSTEMATICS application knowledge (TX, IM, ST, AM, RM, SC, HX and GN)
·       Serena Change Man Deployment tool(ZMF)
·        IBM On Demand Admin or working knowledge.
