Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with COBOL Z/OS mainframes
  • Write technical design documentation
  • Perform on-prem modifications/updates

 

Skills and Experience Required:

Required:

  • 10+ years of software development engineering experience.
  • Working knowledge in an IBM Mainframe environment - proficient with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and working with IBM Mainframe Z/OS toolsets.
  • Experience with SQL, MS SQL Server, PL/SQL, Oracle, IMS CICS, and TSO.
  • Experience in technical design writing and documentation.
  • Proficient with usage of MS office - Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
  • Experience with Azure

Desired:

  • Experience with MQSeries
  • Experience DevOps

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent
