 Job Description

Design, implement, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in ServiceNow. 

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the CMDB. 

Create and manage ITIL processes and workflows in ServiceNow. 

Develop custom scripts using JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Git to automate tasks and improve efficiency. 

Utilize Docker to deploy and manage applications and services. 

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members. 

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the CMDB and its integrations.
