Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Ansible or a similar configuration management tool.
  • Drive standardization and best practices for the design and implementation of services in the server environment.
  • Build and releases Windows services in the enterprise.
  • Propose and create business cases for new solutions to satisfy internal and customer requests.
  • Provide expertise and guidance for building highly available systems and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Provide consulting and technical direction to CUSTOMER Service Providers supporting the environment with respect to enhancements, upgrades, patching, or run and maintain services.
  • Configure and support continuous integration and continuous deployment environments (Bitbucket, JIRA and Jenkins).

Required Skills

  • With source control tools and practices, preferable with Terraform, Git and Github.
  • Must be expert in Active Directory along with PowerShell, Scripting and Terraform and AWS.
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Mail, SharePoint & Azure).
  • Current knowledge of evolution of tools to drive continuous integration, continuous delivery, release automation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years experience designing and implementing Vmware clusters.
  • 5+ years Windows Systems Administration.
  • 2+ years operating on premises and managing to AWS infrastructure.
  • Microsoft Server 2016/2019 proficiency experience.
  • Networking Experience including but not limited to VLAN setup/maintenance, firewall configuration and VPN Site-to-Site networking.
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMWare) experience.
  • AWS migration and implementation experience.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
