Cloud Support Engineer

Details: 
•         Strong hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
•         Proficient in using Azure Update Management (AUM) and AWS Systems Manager (SSM) for patching and automation.
•         Deep understanding of operating systems, with strong expertise in both Linux and Windows environments.
•         Solid experience in troubleshooting patching issues across multi-cloud environments.
•         Skilled in writing and maintaining automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred) for patching, monitoring, and backup tasks.
•         Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions in both Azure and AWS.
•         Ability to analyze patching logs, identify root causes, and remediate failures in a timely manner.
•         Comfortable working in a high-availability, production environment and responding to incidents.
•         Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
