Description

We are looking for a talented Cloud Support Engineer with a strong technical background and experience in monitoring, cloud tools, database management, and API testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Proficiency in scripting languages, query drafting, and database tools is a must, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A high level of English proficiency is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and maintenance for Service Cloud (Salesforce) or Zendesk platforms.
  • Implement and manage monitoring and alerting tools such as SignalFx, Datadog, or similar.
  • Create and execute custom queries in tools like Athena (AWS).
  • Utilize cloud services such as CloudWatch, S3, RDS, or equivalents on AWS/Azure.
  • Collaborate on scripting and coding using Dotnet, Ruby, or Go to improve automation and tooling.
  • Manage code repositories using tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
  • Perform database management tasks for DynamoDB, SQL, or similar systems.
  • Test and manage APIs using Postman.
  • Work with secure file transfer protocols (SFTP) using tools like Cyberduck or FileZilla.
  • Support and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.


Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • Service Cloud (Salesforce) or Zendesk expertise.
  • Proficiency in monitoring & alerting tools such as SignalFx, Datadog, etc.
  • Experience drafting custom queries, especially in Athena (AWS).
  • Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services like CloudWatch, S3, RDS, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Dotnet, Ruby, or Go.
  • Familiarity with managed repositories like Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Proficiency in databases, including DynamoDB and SQL.
  • Experience with Postman for API testing.
  • Knowledge of SFTP tools such as Cyberduck or FileZilla.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Understanding of advanced database management systems.
  • Prior experience in marketing or customer engagement platforms
