. 3-5 years of experience in Cloud Support Engineer role.
. Strong understanding of AWS, Cloud infrastructure, Unix/Linux-based operating system, commands and utilities, as well as Configuration Management Tools.
. Experience of multiple AWS services: IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, Security, VPC, Networking, Load Balancing, Monitoring & Audit.
. General troubleshooting and debugging of AWS and GCP based applications.
. Experience with Infrastructure as code (IaC), Gitlab, Terraform.
. Understanding of one of the Scripting languages: Shell script or Python.
. Any relevant certifications on AWS to demonstrate an interest and experience in this field.
. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
. ITIL and ITSM experience a plus.
. Excellent soft skills & Communication (Verbal and Written) .
. Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
. Ability to Multi task in high paced environment.
. Problem Solver and To-Do attitude, ability to face technical challenges and drive solution.
. Global clients facing Support team experience a plus.
. Able to work within a Global team, prior experience a plus .
. Having worked in environment supporting 10000+ servers a plus.
. Prior experience with Financial Institution a plus.
. Multiple Application Support Experience a plus.
Any Graduate
