Description

  • In depth knowledge of Linux, command line, server management, packages, issue diagnosis with hands on experience
  • Good experience with TCP/IP, HTTP, SIP, DNS, and Linux tooling for debugging the same
  • Comfortable with Bash/Python scripting
  • Strong understanding of Git
  • Automation of deployments through Ansible
  • Infrastructure as Code experience through Terraform
  • Strong cloud experience, preferably Azure
  • Implementing network security, zero trust architecture, secret management, etc.
  • Good exposure with container technologies: Docker/Containerd/Podman
  • Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize
  • GitOps tooling: FluxCD/ArgoCD
  • CI/CD frameworks, e.g. Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
  • Exposure to Observability tooling, e.g. ELK stack, Prometheus
  • Exposure to RDBMS, e.g. MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL
  • Exposure to NoSQL, e.g. Redis, Cassandra
  • Exposure to Service Discovery, e.g. Consul, etcd, ZooKeeper
  • Exposure to Message Queues, e.g. Kafka, Redis
